Arbitrators Responsibities

To contribute to editorial decisions:
The review of the research by the referees helps the editorial board to take the appropriate decision regarding the research. Furthermore, the review process may help the author to improve his or her research. The editorial board is obligated to give the arbitrators regulations, standards, and the level of accuracy of documents and papers accepted for publications in the journal. The editorial board is also obligated not to disclose the names of the arbitrators without the written consent of the arbitrators themselves. And according to what is issued by the higher administrative references.

The speed:
The Judges selected by the magazine shall be notified of their inability to judge and their desire to apologize for the arbitration, within the time limit granted to them by the magazine.

Confidentiality:
Reviewers must deal confidentially with papers sent to them for review. Documents and papers cannot be disclosed or discussed with others, with the exception of the editorial board and magazine staff.

Objective criteria:
Objective criteria in the arbitration are necessary and the personal judgment related to the authors should not be ignored, and the arbitration must be strengthened with clear opinions and scientific arguments, provided that it is in accordance with the conditions and criteria approved for the “publishing rules” of the journal.

Sources check:
The arbitrators notify the journal authority of the author's non-compliance with its publishing standards and conditions, as well as making sure that the opinions and arguments presented do not belong to other research. The arbitrators must also alert the journal of any similarity or overlap between a manuscript submitted to the journal and other published research.

Disclosure and conflict of interest:
Any information and ideas contained in the arbitral manuscripts may not be used by the arbitrators for personal, competitive or other interests, and will not be taken into account when reviewing a manuscript for any of the authors, organizations, or companies involved.
