Land Patent Right (Usufruct) & its Problems

Abstract

The beneficial ownership, land patent right, contributes a lot to investing and making projects, it is one of the important means in the economy of the countries specially the developing ones. There is a number of legal and economic issues that accompanies the beneficial ownership. This paper tries to answer some questions and issues concerning the beneficial ownership nowadays. As a result of practicing this right, a number of legal issues came to the surface, such as land ownership instead of the beneficial ownership because the impossibility to officially register the beneficial ownership or to do with it without a legal document. As for the economic problems, they are many, for example the problem of renting, monopoly and employing. This paper tried to find a solution to these issues. It is divided into two sections, and ends with the conclusions and recommendations.
