Abstract

Any transgression of constitutional boundaries in the work of constitutional institutions is dealt with by the constitutional judiciary as an organized institution and a deterrent to overstepping the work of those institutions, thus facilitating the process of communication between them within a framework of balance. Adjust the relationship between the state and individuals between the various constitutional institutions within the framework of The principles of separation of powers as well as within the limits of protecting rights and freedoms, including the principle of equality before the law, and then reaching that the state of law inevitably passes through the activation of the constitutional judiciary, and the latter is the basis for the existence of the state of law.
