The right to equality in inheritance A comparative study between positive laws and Islamic law

Abstract

This study deals with inheritance as one of the controversial
concepts that have become the subject of dispute between two groups,
one of which calls for liberation, and the other calls for equality.
Each of these two groups has its evidence to prove the validity of its
opinions, and therefore we are about to present the opinions of each
of these groups and discuss them. Objectivity to ultimately arrive at
which of the opinions is more acceptable and consistent with the
existence of both men and women.
