Criminal confrontation for plagiarism

Abstract

Our topic is of a high degree of importance and it is one of the most dangerous topics related to scientific research which is scientific plagiarism. Plagiarism is the use of words and ideas of others or simulation without a license and presented as being the invention of the impostor. It is one of the most prominent forms of scientific dishonesty and its common in the academic community. In this research, we reviewed with a close look at this dangerous and growing phenomenon, a brief and complete explanation of plagiarism (scientific robbery) and disclosed its forms, types, causes leading to it, and revealed the penal legal methods to combat this phenomenon and modern scientific methods to reveal it. The aim of all this is to warn about the seriousness of this phenomenon. We concluded the appropriate solutions to address them to produce high-quality research that achieves the desired benefit, thus contributing to the improvement of scientific production.
