Author Guidelines

Authors wishing to submit their manuscripts to the Journal of Legal and Political Sciences are required to log in or register through the journal’s online submission system and follow the approved submission steps. Author Guidelines

The Journal of Legal and Political Sciences welcomes original scholarly manuscripts in the fields of law, political science, and related disciplines. All submitted manuscripts are subject to an initial editorial screening to determine their relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, compliance with the author guidelines, adherence to publication ethics, originality, linguistic quality, and methodological soundness.

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent for specialized peer review in accordance with the journal’s approved peer-review policy. The editorial decision to accept, request revision, or reject a manuscript is made on the basis of reviewers’ reports and the evaluation of the editorial board.

Authors are fully responsible for the originality of their manuscript, the accuracy of the information and data presented, the correctness of citation and referencing, and obtaining the necessary permissions for any included or reproduced materials, such as images, tables, documents, datasets, or any materials for which the authors do not hold copyright. All listed authors must approve the order of authorship, their contribution to the manuscript, and share responsibility for its scholarly content.

If the manuscript includes field data, interviews, questionnaires, or information related to individuals or institutions, authors must obtain the necessary ethical or official approvals in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the country where the study was conducted.

The editorial board reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet the minimum scientific, methodological, ethical, or linguistic standards. Before submission, authors should ensure that the manuscript title is concise and accurate, the abstract is informative and self-contained, the research problem, objectives, methodology, and findings are clearly presented, and the reference list is complete and accurate.
