Financial and administrative corruption leads to the violation of human rights directly or indirectly. Corruption can constitute a direct violation of human rights when the act of corruption is used intentionally to violate a right, or when some corrupted leaders in the state work to prevent certain individuals from enjoying one of their rights. Or it fails to act on an equal footing so as to provide individuals with the enjoyment of that right and deprive other individuals of it. Corruption, as the act of corruption is a necessary condition for the occurrence of the violation. Thus corruption undermines the confidence of individuals in the state and weakens their sense of national belonging due to the lack of enjoyment of their rights stipulated globally and constitutionally.Downloads
