Abstract

Noise pollution has become one of the most prominent features of contemporary society today, and it is a source of anxiety, turmoil, instability and chaos despite the many achievements that have been made for the sake of human comfort. The reason for this is due to industrial progress and technological development in the invention of many noise-making machines and industrial facilities, which man seeks day after day, and whose effects have appeared in many recreational areas, where the individual has become living in the midst of a huge amount of annoying or unwanted sounds. It surrounds him wherever he is in a way that causes him boredom and illness. The reason for this problem is the ineffectiveness of the rules and legal texts that regulate protection from noise pollution in society.
