Abstract

Cultural Diversity is one of the significant issues since Iraq consists of several religions and races. Each group of people has their standards and traditions which is different to the others. Diversity should be guaranteed by constitution. Such guarantee is represented by civil organization according to the law of non-government organization No. 12 year 2010. In addition, the independent bodies have a role in protecting diversity via the law of Supreme Commission of Human Rights No. 53 for 2008.
