Abstract

The right to sustain social development, like all other human rights, faces serious and repeated violations at the hands of the various forms of political regimes ,this requires the need for the international community to cooperate and coordinate in order to ensure there respect by finding mechanisms and means of international protection, represented by declarations, treaties , conferences and international and regional forums, which constitute the most important features of the modern era, in order to protect and promote rights, including (the right to sustain social development) , organize and surround them with international legal protection frameworks in order to preserve the value and dignity of man, and meet his basic needs in a way that ensures the achievement of prosperity for present and future generations alike and not to be burdened. The future generations are burdened with the wrong internal policies.
