Abstract

A juvenile has a special consideration. A deviant juvenile has a vulnerable thought and can offend any of his family or his community citizens which kame them feel unsafe. The delinquency of the juvenile is a feature of social abnormality that must be controlled and treated or it would cause the security of people at risk. The social, economic, and technology variables have an active effect on the future of the juvenile as to determine the age categories that are liable to delinquency. So the authority should have a good idea about the efficient procedures that can prevent the juvenile delinquency.
