Arbitration in the time of Corona does not differ much from arbitration in normal time and in its traditional form except through the means used through which arbitration is conducted in a virtual world where there is no paper nor for the actual physical presence by the parties to arbitration litigation. The traditional arbitration processes should not stand idly in front of this development in the means of instant communication. The widespread use of the Internet in the areas of legal transactions led to the creation of a new type of transactions represented by electronic transactions. This raised the issue of the need to adopt procedural rules that preserve the rights of the parties to the transaction. In order to settle their disputes in an electronic manner consistent with the nature of those transactions in terms of speed and accuracy، remote arbitration contributes to solving some of the problems and suits the situation of the Corona pandemic.
