The role of environmental preventive and curative principles in protecting the environment: A study in light of international agreements and domestic legislation.

In fact, the measures adhering to the principle of cooperation and solidarity for protecting the environment deal in detail with the required procedures that precede environmental accidents, represented by (preventive measures). These measures are centered on a set of international guidelines represented by the exchange of information regarding the relevant agencies that should be notified, the appropriate national plans, programs in emergency situations. In addition to the applicable legal rules, the procedures to be taken in the event of environmental accidents (remedial measures)are also considered. They depend on the available means to combat the results of any accident, means of communication and procedures related to the topic and to security. We will discuss these principles by dividing this study into two topics that we show in the first section “International preventive principles” and “international remedial principles”.
