Resolving conflicts peacefully in the international community through political, diplomatic or judicial mechanisms leads to avoiding the occurrence of armed conflicts to maintain international peace and security and respect for state sovereignty within the framework of general international law. What is stipulated in Article Two, Paragraph Three of the United Nations Charter, that all members of the organization settle their international disputes by peaceful means, in a manner that does not render security, peace and international justice at risk. In addition to being away from political bargaining that makes security and peace temporary at the expense of international justice and rights. As a result, the principle of resolving disputes by peaceful means leads to the prohibition of the use or threat of force in international relations.
