Abstract

The individual constitutes the essence of society and the basis of its
structure. Therefore the citizen has a large and fundamental role in the
progress of societies and the advancement of the state of countries, given that
any action in society and the state is based on the action of individuals in it. In
harmony with the interests of their countries seeking to achieve them, there is a
need to strengthen the spirit of citizenship and to be linked legally and
psychologically to their country and to give the individual the rights he deserves
and to provide security, services and other rights. It will contribute to
strengthening and consolidating the spirit of citizenship in future generations,
which is an essential step for achieving prosperity home and its progress.
