Abstract

Islamic law has made clear, with all its orders, prohibitions,
and rulings, to achieve, care for, and preserve people’s interests,
whether present or non-existent, from the tampering of the corrupt
and the corruption of corruptors. Human rights are an important
legitimate goal of Islamic legislation and a main starting point for
human humanity. It is the only reference for human rights, and this
calls for a praiseworthy return to the law. Islam is a doctrine,
jurisprudence, thought and application, so that man can enjoy the
shadows of the Sharia and its preservation, in order to establish
human rights in practice and application, not just flashy slogans
raised here and there devoid of spirit and conscience, and this is what
we will show in this research, God willing.
I have divided this research entitled: “The objectives of Islamic
law and its relationship to human rights” into three sections, several
demands, and a conclusion.
