Digital Technology and Human Rights: Raw and Impact

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of digital technology in
strengthening human rights ,and challenges that positive and
negative digital developments impose on human rights. so the study
found a close relationship between digital technology and human
rights cannot be disengaged in terms of virtual human rights being
commissioned and exported to the world, or expanding its monitoring
by relevant UN organizations, Or with regard to the negative
consequences that this technology has given to human rights, like
promoting some practices that asceiver of human modesty٫ instinct
and right like homosexuality Or other practices that target the beliefs
and humanity values.
