Extremism is one of the risks that affects human security, economy and life and affects the state with all its institutions, and this extremism is often translated into terrorist acts, so all types of terrorism and its forms result from intellectual, religious, political, economic, social and other extremism, and extremism in the beginning is a special ideas that translate into criminal and terrorist acts when the appropriate conditions are available for this, and Iraq has witnessed since 9/4/2023 an unprecedented wave of extremism and terrorism the latter does not rely on the armed forces only, but there are political, economic and diplomatic tools shared by all institutions The official and unofficial state, which what will be studied in this research.
