Abstract

The principle of humanitarian intervention is one of the principles that have provoked legal and legal controversy and great debates on the level of its application. This is due to the fact that it is one of the modern principles that emerged with the evolution and change in the character of the international system and the fundamental changes in international relations. The adoption of the principle of human intervention also created a clear contradiction with the traditional principles of international relations such as the principle of sovereignty and the principle of non-interference in the affairs of States The above-mentioned argument has made the principle of humanitarian intervention a definition in terms of the concept and standards adopted for its We have concluded that the modern concept of humanitarian intervention is enshrined through the world orderand we have found that the seriousness of the political and legal implications of intervention, particularly with the existence of continental principles in general international law such as the principle of sovereignty and the principle of non-interference, has allowed the trend towards the responsibility of protection as an alternative to humanitarian intervention.
