Abstract

This study discusses the impact of wars on the sustainability of human rights in Gaza, which suffered from wars in which human rights were widely violated, as the study focused on showing the direct effects of the wars in Gaza, which violated the right to life, targeted health and educational facilities, destroyed infrastructure, as well as indirect effects: such as economic and social deterioration, and the psychological impact on individuals, which posed a real challenge to the sustainability of human rights. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen legal and international efforts to hold perpetrators of violations accountable, in addition to adopting development strategies aimed at rehabilitating the Gaza Strip and guaranteeing the rights of its population.
