Religious authorities play a major role in preserving human rights، through their great influence within Islamic societies، through sermons، religious sermons، fatwas، and others، which are adopted، as they work to enhance and guarantee those rights. Regarding the authority of Sayyid al-Sistani، it has played a major role in preserving human rights، and this was clearly evident in its major role within the country after 2003، as the religious authority was and still is a safety valve for those lying in wait، which was reflected in its role، which has been growing year after year، not distinguishing between sect، ethnicity، or nationality، making its role exceed the borders of the country، sometimes mourning the killing of people and other times denouncing the occurrence of operations that conflict with human rights and positions urging the provision of assistance، and other positions that we will learn about through the folds of this research.
