Abstract

The banking speculative is one of the investment experience
banking financial institutions form, along with formulas investment
other financial because of its great importance to trade, it is a process
of Islamic banking is based on the Lord of the money (Islamic Bank)
to hand over money to the rackets (client) to trafficked to divide what
being the resulting profit, that bears the lord money alone loss unless
proven wrong speculator, and multiple images speculative banking
multiple type of investment being done by the banking institution may
be the bilateral or trilateral parties, committed based on the capital
owner (depositor) the obligations of the kit is its commitment to
deliver the capital of the bank and its commitment to the conditions
laid down by the bank in return for receiving a percentage of the
profits earned while committed speculator (investor) to carry out the

agreed ratio of profit as the Bank is committed to investigate the
