Rules of Re- appointment In Iraqi law "comparative study"

Abstract

Re appointed is including; allowing for official to assume with a
job at administrative offices according to public sack and actually
need in sight of that the administration has unlimited estimated
authority in case of it does not use its authority in badly way
according to the logical conditions.
Furthermore, the causes of re appointed are connected with
economic, social and political condition. The official could enjoy with
his rights like any official who has appointed for the first time, as well
as he could retain his pervious seniority before his appointed .
Reappointed should have logical act from administration which
came out though its single wish, doing all its procedures and
including all its aspects, As a result of that the reappointed official
would back to be as a public official can start his connection with
administration again.
