Authors Guideline

Authors wishing to publish in the Journal of Legal and Political Sciences must submit original scholarly manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration by any other journal or publisher at the same time. Authors are fully responsible for the originality of the manuscript, the accuracy of the information and data presented, the correctness of documentation, and ensuring that the manuscript is free from plagiarism, undocumented quotation, or improper republication.

Authors must comply with the journal’s publication guidelines and approved template. The manuscript should be written in clear and sound academic language and should include an accurate and concise title, an informative abstract, appropriate keywords, an introduction that explains the research problem, significance, and objectives, a clear methodology, an organized scholarly discussion, a conclusion presenting the main findings and recommendations, and an accurate and complete list of references.

Authors must use proper citation and scholarly documentation when referring to the works of others, including ideas, texts, data, tables, figures, or documents. Any directly quoted text must be placed within quotation marks and accurately referenced. Authors must also cite any previously published material of their own when reused, in order to avoid improper self-plagiarism.

All tables, figures, images, and documents must be numbered, clearly presented, and cited within the manuscript text. Authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions to use any materials for which they do not hold copyright, including images, tables, documents, and datasets.

Authors must disclose any potential conflict of interest and acknowledge all sources of funding or support, if any. Ethical or official approvals must be attached when the research includes field data, interviews, questionnaires, or information related to individuals or institutions.

If generative artificial intelligence tools are used in preparing the manuscript, such as for language editing, improving wording, translation, or organizing ideas, this use must be clearly disclosed in the manuscript or in the submission form. Artificial intelligence tools must not be listed as authors or co-authors, as the authors alone bear full scientific, ethical, and legal responsibility for the content of the manuscript, the accuracy of its references, and the validity of its findings.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to an initial editorial screening to verify their relevance to the journal’s scope and compliance with publication guidelines. Suitable manuscripts are then sent for specialized peer review according to the journal’s policy. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject any manuscript that does not meet the requirements of originality, methodology, language, documentation, or publication ethics
