Fee Payment Policy
The Journal of Legal and Political Sciences publishes its articles under an Open Access policy and under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing readers, researchers, and institutions free and immediate access to the full texts of published articles through the journal’s website.
The journal does not charge readers or institutions any fees for reading, downloading, or sharing published articles, provided that proper acknowledgment is given to the authors, the journal, and the original source of publication in accordance with the adopted license terms.
Article processing charges or publication fees are paid by authors only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication, in accordance with the officially announced fees on the journal’s publication fees page. These fees cover the technical and editorial procedures related to preparing the accepted manuscript for publication and shall not, under any circumstances, influence the acceptance or rejection decision. Publication decisions are based solely on editorial screening, peer review, compliance with the journal’s guidelines, and adherence to publication ethics.
No publication fees are charged for rejected manuscripts. If any technical screening or plagiarism-checking fees are required by official regulations, they must be clearly announced to authors before submission, separated from publication fees, and must not influence the peer-review outcome or editorial decision.
The journal is committed to clearly and transparently announcing all fees, including the amount of fees, the time of payment, whether they are refundable or non-refundable, and any waivers or reductions approved by the journal or the publisher in accordance with applicable regulations
