Open Access Policy

The Journal of Legal and Political Sciences adopts an Open Access policy. All published research articles and scholarly materials are made freely available through the journal’s website, allowing readers, researchers, and institutions to read, download, copy, share, and use the scientific content for scholarly, educational, and research purposes, provided that proper acknowledgment is given to the authors, the journal, and the original source of publication.

The journal does not charge readers or institutions any fees for accessing or downloading the full texts of published articles from its website. This policy supports the dissemination of legal and political knowledge and promotes the accessibility of scholarly research, in line with the directions of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the principles of high-quality scholarly publishing.
