Intellectual rights are one of the most prominent types of rights enjoyed by humans and evidence of the sophistication and progress of societies. The more organized these rights are، the more this is reflected in the legislative progress of those societies. They play a major role in enhancing individual freedoms as they are established on the basis of freedom to express ideas، innovation and expression. It constitutes the essence of those rights، which requires that the state work to protect them because they constitute an important economic source. It is the duty of states to provide protection for those mental rights. Attacking them by stealing or imitating them costs a lot of loss because these ideas are transformed into multiple products.
