Abstract

The judicial authority in general is the basis of the state of law, and within the scope of the administration’s work, there must be a judicial authority that is responsible for monitoring the work of the administration, especially the decisions it takes within the scope of its discretionary authority. Therefore, it is said that the administrative judiciary is that judiciary that balances the authority Administration aims to achieve the public interest and protect the rights and freedoms of individuals. The administrative judge has the authority to monitor appropriateness, and he can cancel or amend administrative decisions if they are not proportional to the content of the incident and the reasons on which they were based. Due to the importance of this oversight, this study came to shed light on the legitimacy of the appropriateness oversight undertaken by the administrative judiciary.
